Project 03 : Reboot – Career Conclave
I led a brand marketing initiative: Reboot 2024—a month-long flagship career conclave, empowering learners to navigate evolving tech landscape. This campaign was a significant milestone for Crio.Do, highlighting AI’s role in careers while offering career roadmaps, industry insights, and exclusive mentoring from thought leaders.
As the lead for brand strategy and execution, I played a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and driving engagement. Collaborating with my team, I developed targeted campaigns, crafted content strategy, coordinated high-profile events, and oversaw creative storytelling to position Reboot 2024 as a key platform for developers.
This was a comprehensive, multi-channel effort that spanned over:
- Creative branding
- Social media engagement
- Scholarship-driven sales initiatives
- Email marketing
- Performance marketing
- Influencer collaborations
- User engagement strategies
- Partnerships with industry leaders.
By integrating these elements, we ensured maximum reach and impact, creating a cohesive narrative that resonated across diverse platforms and audience.





The Reboot campaign delivered a 1.29% conversion rate from Influencer channel alone, in line with industry benchmarks for high-ticket ed-tech products (1-2%). Through a strategic, multi-channel approach, we generated 9,969 leads and converted 129 into paid enrollments, contributing ₹2.3 Cr in revenue. The overall conversion rate for the campaign stands at 6%, with a contribution of ₹6 Cr in revenue.
The campaign had following events:
- Career Transition Roadmaps: Developed career transition sessions with influencers like Kirti Purswani and Raj Vikramaditya.
- Recruiters Roundtable Discussions: Curated and facilitated recruiter panels on emerging tech careers.
- Fireside Chats: Led content and execution, including a session with Crio.Do’s co-founder and CEO’s of Greektrust & cutshort on AI-driven tech careers.
- Crio Alumni Panel: Organized discussions on career growth in non-MAANG companies with real-world success stories.

The campaign garnered over 10,000 registrations, significantly increasing Crio.Do’s visibility while reinforcing its position as a leader in tech career enablement.
