During the 2023 Men’s Cricket World Cup, I led Crio’s #OneBelief campaign—an initiative that captured the spirit of unwavering faith, resilience, and relentless pursuit of excellence. From conceptualization to execution, I drove the entire campaign, shaping its narrative, strategy, and content to align with Crio’s vision of empowering individuals through hands-on learning.
I led the #OneBelief campaign, overseeing every aspect from concept to execution, including:
- Content Strategy & Execution: Ideation, social media planning, scriptwriting, storyboarding, video editing, and distribution.
- High-Impact Launch: Released a compelling campaign video to introduce our message.
- Engaging Content Pieces:
- Dynamic placement posts styled like cricket scorecards.
- “Not Out” series spotlighting industry leaders who persisted through failures.
- Match-winning moments that inspired career growth analogies.
- Fun, relatable reels, including a Mauka Mauka-inspired video featuring Crio employees.
- Interactive Audience Engagement:
- Powerplay Sessions with CTOs, using cricket analogies to discuss career acceleration.
- Super Over Q&A rounds, rapid-fire career insights with industry leaders.
- Scholarship-driven sales campaigns, offering discounts tied to India’s World Cup performance.

Aim was to capture the spirit of sport—where dedication, hard work, and resilience are the driving forces behind every victory. These very traits are also essential when it comes to upskilling and achieving career success. The campaign successfully blended sports excitement with career growth inspiration, demonstrating how the same belief that fuels champions on the field also drives success in tech careers. Through strategic brand positioning and innovative content execution, #OneBelief became more than just a campaign—it became a movement that resonated with aspiring professionals and cricket enthusiasts alike.
