Project 06 : Career Cafe – Q&A Series with Crio Co-Founder
It all started with a simple observation—Crio’s co-founder, Rathinamurthy R, frequently held mentoring sessions where people would seek guidance on their career dilemmas. Many of these questions were recurring, and we realized that countless others could benefit from the same advice. That’s when we thought, why not bring these conversations to a wider audience? And so, Career Cafe was born.
To keep it engaging, we placed these questions in a fishbowl, picking one at random in each episode and offering clear, practical advice. Featuring Rathinamurthy as the face of the series, Career Cafe became more than just a Q&A—it made career guidance accessible, insightful, engaging and deeply relevant to tech professionals while establishing him as a trusted thought leader in the industry.
I was actively involved in shaping the series from the ground up, ensuring that the content resonated with both the audience’s needs and Crio.Do’s brand identity. My role spanned across multiple aspects—crafting well-structured yet engaging scripts, overseeing production to maintain high-quality execution, and collaborating with the design team to create visually cohesive and professional-looking episodes. Additionally, I worked on positioning the series strategically, reinforcing Rathinamurthy’s credibility as a mentor and highlighting Crio.Do’s commitment to empowering tech careers. We shared these across all social platforms and even used them over for email marketing campaigns.
