I played a key role in conceptualizing and executing Crio Launchpad, an innovative walk-in placement drive designed to provide Crio users with real-world interview experience, networking opportunities, and direct access to top recruiters. By positioning the event as more than just a hiring drive, I developed a strong brand narrative that reinforced Crio’s credibility as a top tech talent provider.

To drive engagement, I led a multi-level promotional campaign, creating compelling social media content, event branding, and employer spotlights. From the event after-movie to recruiter and participant testimonials, I crafted high-impact storytelling that helped extend our credibility.
