CAN (Crio Alumni Network ) Connect – Community Engagement Event
I successfully organized three offline CAN Connect events for the Crio Alumni Network, bringing together a thriving community of learners who embarked on transformative journeys with Crio. These events celebrated the success of our alumni—individuals who believed in Crio and are now excelling in their tech careers.
The events attracted over 350+ tech professionals, with the goal of strengthening community ties, boosting engagement, showcasing the impact of our learning ecosystem, and continuing to grow together as a network. To enrich the experience, I invited expert speakers from top companies like Google, Walmart, Flipkart, PhonePe, and NextLeap, fostering insightful industry discussions and deepening the community’s engagement with the brand.
Beyond branding, I led the content strategy and promotion for CAN Connect, crafting a multi-channel approach that included pre-event buzz, live coverage, and post-event highlights. Collaborating with designers and video producers, we created high-impact visual content such as speaker spotlights, event aftermovies, and behind-the-scenes footage.

These events not only fostered deeper community connections but also served as a platform to capture powerful user testimonials. By documenting alumni stories and program outcomes in an engaging and authentic way, we significantly amplified Crio’s brand visibility and showcased its impact to a broader audience. To further expand organic reach, I leveraged user-generated content, encouraging attendees to share their experiences across social media.

A key aspect of these events was revitalizing Crio’s brand mascot, Beaver, which had been underutilized for years. Recognizing its potential, I brought it to the forefront through engaging materials such as themed calendars, stickers, and customized event goodies that perfectly captured the spirit of CAN Connect while aligning with the brand’s identity. Every creative element was thoughtfully designed to enhance the event experience and reinforce brand recall.
