Project 05 : Hall Of Fame – Annual Awards Ceremony
With the slowdown in the hiring market, placements were happening at a slower pace, creating uncertainty among both our existing users and potential learners. Rather than letting negative sentiments take over, we shifted the narrative to reinforce confidence in career transitions by celebrating hard work, perseverance, and success to inspire and motivate our community. This led to the creation of the Crio Hall of Fame, an initiative designed to recognise the exceptional achievements of our learners.

As a brand event specialist, I led the strategic execution of this campaign, ensuring it was more than just an award ceremony but a powerful statement of resilience and growth. The event unfolded in two phases: an online award ceremony followed by an extensive social media campaign. The ceremony featured a graduation-style celebration with a special guest speaker, the announcement of winners, and heartfelt acceptance speeches—bringing forward real stories of triumph in a challenging job market.




To maximize impact, I developed a compelling digital campaign that transformed these success stories into high-engagement content that included :
- User-generated videos
- Influencer collaborations
- Performance ads
- Dedicated landing page
- Social Media Content
From hundreds of 2023 graduates, 39 individuals were selected and honored for their perseverance and success, creating a wave of optimism in the tech community.
To further amplify the impact of the Crio Hall of Fame, I planned on sending out personalized goodie boxes and award mementos to the winners with my team, encouraging them to share their achievements on social media. This not only made their success feel more tangible but also turned them into brand advocates, generating authentic user-generated content (UGC) that reinforced Crio’s credibility. As winners shared their stories, photos, and unboxing experiences, it created an organic ripple effect—further authenticating Crio’s impact and driving engagement within the tech community.
